SHIPPING ORDERS:

Items are typically delivered within one week of placing the order, however; at times there can be delays in shipping and/or receiving due to weather conditions and/or other conditions outside of our control. however; depending on your location and the specific items ordered, delivery can take longer than one week. Upon receipt of your order we can give you an approximate date of delivery and you will also be able to track your shipment via our order tracking system.

Because we use ocean shipment for the various products we sell, it is not feasible to calculate shipping costs in our shopping cart. Using ocean shipment allows us to save money by using carriers best suited to the different products delivered within the delivery area. To help you estimate the shipping costs for products purchased from our website we have developed a shipping estimator of costs for several of the products we sell including granite and marble. Although, the final figure will vary from a little higher to a little lower, this estimator will allow you to roughly gauge the cost of shipping products to your location. Please note that we do not take a mark up on shipping costs rather, we charge the shipping at our cost.
Although, the shipping estimators are provided for your convenience, we are always happy to give you an exact quote when you call us.
